Our Vineyard

Saba Winery will plant between 15 and 20 acres of vinifera on our estate land in Menard County, Texas starting in early 2022.  We will concentrate on spanish varietals such as Granache, Graciano, and Carignan as well as proven Texas favorites like PicPoul Blanc and Tannat.  

Our Site Selection took place this winter with the team from Kerrvill Hills, our incubator partner.
