Presidio Red 2019

Our Presidio Red is Saba's homage to the great wines of Spain and specifically to Rioja.  We blend typical Spanish varietals, but we will always keep Tempranillo at the forefront.  We draw our inspiration from the brave Spanish soldiers at the Presidio de San Saba, only 30 miles away, who fought to protect the Spanish Missionaries at the Misión de San Saba.

Presidio Red goes well with roasted meats, cured Jamon, and aged cheeses.
