Two Rivers 2020

Our 2020 Two Rivers, captures the spirit of adventure and promise for the first settlers who came to the Hill County to settle the lands between the San Saba and Llano Rivers.  This is a substantial wine made from 100% Texas sourced Viognier.  Full bodied and aromatic, fruit is ever present and the acidity is lower than one would expect from such a perfumed white wine.  Here at Saba, we love Viognier for its ability to stand up to a wide variety of dishes and spicy foods.  Take a bottle home and enjoy it with roasted chicken, pork chops, or even green chili enchiladas!
